Privacy notice

Kitwe & District Chamber of Commerce & Industry ("KDCCI") uses this site to sell tickets and partnerships for the Business Gala and to admit guests on the night.

What we collect

• Buyer details: name, email, phone and company.
• Answers to checkout questions, such as membership number or dietary requirements.
• Guest names and, if you add them, guest emails.
• Proofs of payment you upload, and payment confirmations from our online payment provider, Lenco. We do not see or store card numbers.
• Check-in records at the entrance.

Why we use it

• To process and verify your order, issue tickets and receipts, and email you about your order.
• To seat guests and admit them at the entrance.
• To display approved partner logos and honour partnership benefits.

Who can see it

Only KDCCI staff who need it for their role. Proofs of payment are stored privately and opened only by finance staff. Emails are sent through our email provider; online payments are handled by Lenco.
