Ticket terms

These terms apply to tickets, tables and partnership packages for KDCCI Business Gala Dinner & Awards 2026, organised by Kitwe & District Chamber of Commerce & Industry ("KDCCI").

Orders and payment

• Prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). The amount on your quotation or order page is the amount due.
• Bank transfer quotations are valid until the date shown. An unpaid quotation expires after that date.
• Use your order reference as the payment reference so KDCCI can match your payment.
• Every order, however it is paid, is checked by KDCCI before tickets are issued. An order is confirmed only when it is approved.
• Member rates need a valid KDCCI membership number. KDCCI may decline a member-rate order it cannot verify.

Refunds

Tickets and packages are non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled by KDCCI.

Names and transfers

• You can name each guest on your order page and change names until that guest has checked in.
• Tickets may not be resold. Transfers to another organisation need KDCCI's approval.

Entry

• Each ticket's QR code admits one guest, once. Show it on your phone or printed.
• A void or already-used ticket will not be admitted.
• Table and seat allocations are made by KDCCI and shown on your order page when assigned.

Partnership packages

Partnership benefits are delivered as described for each package. Partner logos are displayed once KDCCI has approved the artwork.
